WattIQ is looking for a Business and Operations Analyst to join our customer success team. WattIQ collects data from IoT sensors at our customers’ locations and analyzes equipment utilization and condition to help them plan a variety of critical business activities. We are hiring a Business and Operations Analyst to help customers use our data to make operations and financial decisions, and transform their processes around procurement, space planning, and fleet maintenance.
You will be working with business leaders, engineers, technicians, and scientists within customer organizations to identify opportunities to bring WattIQ data to bear on a wide variety of problems. You will be exploring customer data daily to understand patterns which relate to their business questions. You will create reports and data visualizations and help establish key metrics for each customer engagement. You will create slide presentations and written documents regularly for customers, in collaboration with other WattIQ team members.

The position requires the ability to write technical reports in English, in a clear and concise manner.
